Doha Clinic Hospital has entered into an agreement with various leading insurance companies in Qatar which facilitates the patients to utilize their insurance card to settle the bill amount to the extent the individual patient is covered for, instead of making out of pocket payment. However, the balance amount which is not covered under insurance scheme shall definitely be out of pocket payment.
The respective claims shall be forwarded to the respective insurance company with whom the patient is insured. However, pre-approval is mandatory from the respective insurance company for some cases/procedures apart from standard set of cases/procedures for which no pre-approval is required. The process of obtaining pre-approval cases shall be processed by Doha Clinic Hospital, internally.
